RICHARD ROBINS, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Richard Robins brings over two decades of extensive financial leadership and strategic expertise across multiple sectors, including banking, financial technology, mining, and publicly listed companies. His distinguished career includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at International Battery Metals Ltd., guiding the company’s successful public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange and the CSE, significantly increasing shareholder value. Mr. Robins previously held senior roles at renowned financial institutions such as TD Bank, Citibank, Peoples Trust Company, and Vancouver City Savings Credit Union. He holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University and an MBA specializing in Marketing & Entrepreneurial Studies from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

ANDREW MUGRIDGE, DIRECTOR
Mr. Andrew Mugridge has been active in the finance and marketing sectors since 2006, specializing in consulting for publicly traded companies with a focus on financial strategies and investor relations. From 2006 to 2014, he led a successful investor relations firm before becoming a principal at a financial advisory firm in Vancouver, where he continues to advise a broad range of clients. He has also served in key roles at several organizations, including as a representative at ZLC Wealth Inc. (2015–2021), Principal at Hotspur Financial Services Ltd. (2010–2023), and Director at Uranium One Mining (since 2022) and Giant Mining Corp. (since 2024). Mr. Mugridge holds a Certificate of Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and completed the Exempt Market Proficiency Course through the IFSE Institute.
LAWRENCE SEGERSTROM, M.SC., MBA, Q.P., DIRECTOR
Mr. Segerstrom is a bilingual Professional Geologist with over 38 years of experience spanning exploration, mine geology, operations, and senior executive leadership. His career includes key roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Paramount Gold and Silver Corp., and Manager of Geology at Freeport-McMoRan’s world-renowned Grasberg mining district. Holding an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Arizona, where he studied under porphyry copper experts Dr. John Guilbert and Dr. Spencer Titley, Mr. Segerstrom has focused much of his career on porphyry copper-gold and copper-molybdenum deposits across Indonesia, Chile, the U.S., and Mexico. He has been instrumental in major mineral discoveries, including leading teams that added 3.4 billion pounds of copper and 3.6 million ounces of gold to reserves at Grasberg, and defining an inferred resource of over 750,000 ounces of gold and 60 million ounces of silver at Paramount’s San Miguel project in northern Mexico.
ADVISORY TEAM
Mr. Shearer is a Qualified Person (Q.P.) with extensive geological expertise and currently serves as President of Homegold Resources Ltd. His broad professional background includes roles such as Project Manager at Rolling Rock Resources Corp., Geologist at Fertoz Ltd., and board member of The Geological Society of London. Mr. Shearer has also held senior leadership positions, including Director and Head of Investor Relations at Electra Stone Ltd., and President, CEO, and Director at both Jazz Resources Inc. and Signature Resources Ltd. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and a graduate degree from the University of London. With a strong foundation in project management, investor relations, and corporate leadership, Mr. Shearer is a well-regarded figure in mineral exploration and resource development.
Mr. Kuiper is the founder of Ellis Park Media, a GIS and aerial survey company specializing in solutions for the resource industry. With an educational background in Geography and Earth Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, Ken brings extensive international experience, having collaborated with notable entities such as the United Nations and MAG Silver (Market Cap $1.9B). He has also served as a key consultant for multiple successful acquisitions, including West Timmins Mining (sold for $319M), Northern Empire ($150M), Balmoral Resources ($150M), and Corvus Gold ($375M).
