(“Recharge” or the “Company”) (RR:CSE) (RECHF: OTC) (SL5: Frankfurt) announces, further to its news releases of January 9, 2025 and January 23, 2025, and effective January 31, 2025 the Company will consolidate the common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Common Shares”) on the basis of two (2) pre-consolidation Common Shares for every one (1) post-consolidation Common Share (the “Consolidation”).
